2010 CO-ED SOFTBALL AND VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE
REGISTRATION
Deadline: March 5, 2010
Our co-ed Softball and Volleyball Leagues are open to all corporate resident employees in Princeton Forrestal Center. We would like to invite your company to participate in the 2010 season.
· The season begins early April (after Daylight Saving Time 3/14/10) and concludes in September.
· Games are scheduled Monday – Friday 6:00 p.m. and the day of the week will vary.
· Games are scheduled on our recreational facilities located at Research Way and Schalks Crossing Road.
· The leagues consist of (2) divisions: Green Division and Black Division. Teams will be divided equally between the two.
· Due to the popularity of the leagues and limited field/court use, participation is limited to ONE team per company for each sport and teams are added on a first-come first-serve basis. NO EXCEPTIONS!

to print out the 2010 Roster, Release Form and Rules for softball (SB) and/or volleyball (VB).
· In order for your company to reserve a place in the league, complete the following by the registration deadline*:
· Please complete a 2010 Roster. To make scheduling fast and efficient it is important to include on the rosters: a team captain, a co-captain, phone number(s), a fax number,
Email address and any special scheduling requirements.
· Each person listed on the roster must sign a release form. As you solicit people for your team, have them sign a release form before putting their name on the roster. (Once accepted into the league you may add additional players to your roster until May.)
*NOTE: Any team that does not submit a roster PLUS release forms for every player listed on the roster by the March 5, 2010 deadline WILL NOT be able to participate in the 2010 season! It is important to send in your rosters/forms on time. Once the scheduling process has begun—no teams can be added to the league. |
